About our church
St Thomas the Apostle Church is located in the small hamlet of Harty, in the east of the Isle of Sheppey. The quaint church is without electricity, giving the church its period feel! Harty church is a grade II listed building dating back to around the 11th or 12th Century. Come and join our warm and friendly services, we are looking forward to meeting you. Our sister church is All Saints, Eastchurch which has a weekly service at 10am on Sunday.
The church is open everyday during daylight hours. Why not visit and pair it with cycling around the Isle of Harty trail or a visit to our sister church All Saints, Eastchurch.
